I have been craving matcha and bubble tea for the last several months. Not only was I spending a fortune getting it 4-5x a week, I was also lugging my newborn around with me -in and out of the car. When I saw the ad for Hakumori’s instant boba, I was hesitant. But…it is so good! Easy to make, tastes great, saves money, and I don’t have to leave the house. I’m definitely a fan.
Making bubble tea at home with this kit was so easy. Since I don't have a microwave, I put the tapioca pearls into a pot of boiling water on the stovetop for 90 seconds. I did find the prepared bbt on the sweet side, but I don't have a sweet tooth.
I’m so impressed with this instant boba kit by Hakumori! It comes with everything you need, perfect chewy boba pearls, rich tea concentrate, and even a straw! This kit is perfect for when I need to get in my last minute boba fix. It takes less than 5 minutes to make and I can enjoy high quality boba whenever and where ever! Will definitely be repurchasing during this holiday season for friends and family.

hakumori’s boba pearls had the perfect texture and taste after only 20-30 seconds in the microwave.
The only improvement is to make a notch in the packaging so you don’t have to have scissors for a steam release or to open. This would be so helpful since I never can find scissors!
this milk tea kit has a pleasant tea flavour. the powder mixed very well, and it was very easy to make!
LOVE this classic - made this in 30 secs in between work meetings as a quick pick me up! Comes with everything I needed as well, including straws!!
The matcha flavour was strong but not too overpowering, and the brown sugar pearls added the perfect amount of sweetness - LOVE this flavour

the taro flavor is spot on, creamy and mildly sweet. highly recommend if you’re a boba lover like me :))
omg the flavour!! I LOVE all things taro and i gotta say, this one really surprised me with the perfect nuttiness and sweetness. i’ve tried a lot of instant bbts, but these products actually mix SO well and doesn’t leave you with the weird grainy texture some other brands would. it drinks so smooth, i give it a solid 10/10!
wow, i was actually so pleasantly surprised by this product and flavour. i was hosting a bbt night and thought i’d give this a try - it was so easy, quick and effortless to make and it really fooled my friends, they thought i had actually bought this from a popular bbt chain!! unlike some other instant bbt mixes, this one is actually aromatic and has a strong tea taste. im literally obsessed, this will definitely be a staple at my place now
