WORKS AS DESCRIBED

So nice to do away with soggy paper straws. Easy to clean. Dishwasher safe and large capacity allows to make drinks less sugary by adding more milk. Cup stays dry from condensation. Dries quickly after washing.

Liquid shoots up

I love it but the liquid shoots up when you put the top on...unless there's a trick to it I need to know to stop it

You're absolutely right about the liquid shooting up — it's likely due to air pressure building up when the lid is sealed completely. A quick tip to prevent that: try keeping the spout cap open while putting the lid on. This allows air to escape and helps avoid any pressure-related splashes.
