The packaging on my order was so lovely and I received several freebies which I was… very excited about. So excited about them that I tried the pearls I got as soon as I was home! Tasted great and was extremely easy to prepare. So tasty and quick to prepare that I even drank it all before I could take a picture lol. These Crystal Konjac Pearls are basically my guilt-free boba hack. They’ve got that same chewy, pop-in-your-mouth vibe as regular tapioca pearls, just a little firmer, and they pick up whatever flavor you soak them in. I like can toss them into my milk tea without feeling like I just drank a dessert buffet. If you’re into bubble tea but not into the sugar coma, these are a total win.

i now use these in my iced boba green tea along with fruit konjac jell
The brown sugar konjac pearls have slightly more sugar and calories (25 vs 10) but sweeten up the drink more. The texture on both is similar

I really love boba but know I shouldn’t drink it daily. I recently found a great boba protein powder and wanted to try a low carb boba pearl option. These hit the spot! I will say the texture is a little different from traditional tapioca boba but it still has a good chew and flavor. I can feel good about having it in my drink several days a week. Happy customer!
